News: 33-year-old DUI suspect leaves crash scene, 1 killed, 2 injured

PHOENIX, AZ – A 33-year-old DUI suspect crashed her vehicle into three motorcycles at the intersection of 51st Ave. and Union Hills Dr. early Sunday morning.

Arizona Family reports Jaimie Renee Arce was attempting to turn left at 51st Ave. and Union Hills Dr. when she hit three motorcyclists.

Police report a 19-year-old Tucker Colby died at the crash scene. A 24-year-old male sustained serious injuries and an 18-year-old man sustained minor injuries. There was a fourth motorcyclist was traveling with the other three motorcyclists but was not injured.

Arce left the crash scene before the authorities showed up. Police officers found her shortly after and report she showed signs of impairment.

Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
