PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZ Family, five people were hurt following a hit-and-run collision involving two vehicles on W Indian School Rd near I-17 Friday.
Benjamin Felipe Liano, 30, allegedly fled the area after colliding with a car occupied by five people around 10:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported all five passengers of the vehicle that was hit to an area hospital in stable condition with significant injuries.
Authorities located Liano and charged him with DUI and aggravated assault.
