MESA, AZ – Two people in their 80s were sent to a hospital after a multi-vehicle crash that involved a Mesa private ambulance on Wednesday, ABC15 said.
The three-vehicle collision occurred around noon in the vicinity of Highley Road and Southern Avenue. The specifics leading up to the crash remain unclear. However, officials said the impact of the crash caused one vehicle to overturn.
Two people, the couple in their 80s, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. It’s unclear if they were patients inside the private ambulance or occupants from the two other vehicles.
