News: 1 injured when sedan hit FedEx truck in Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – The driver of a sedan went to the hospital Monday morning after their vehicle collided with a FedEx truck at a busy intersection, reports abc15 Arizona.

Police say the incident happened around 5 a.m. at the intersection of East Buckeye Road and South 24th Street, which is just east of I-10.

The investigation indicates that the driver of a sedan crashed into a FedEx truck. The force of the collision caused the FedEx truck to overturn.

The truck driver was not hurt in the accident. Medics transported the driver of the sedan to the hospital with non-critical injuries.

A full investigation is underway to determine the cause of the collision.
