TOLLESON, AZ – Medics transported one person to the hospital after two cars collided along the interstate in Tolleson on Monday night, reports Fox 10 Phoenix.
Police say the incident happened around 9:39 p.m. on the eastbound side of I-10, or the Papago Freeway, near Avondale Boulevard.
It is unclear at this time how the accident happened, but authorities say that one of the two involved vehicles overturned over the guardrail.
One person in the crash sustained serious injuries.
