GLENDALE, AZ – A woman was killed in a pedestrian collision that occurred on 64th Drive in Sunrise on Thursday night, AZFamily said.
The woman was struck by a gray or silver car while walking near the intersection of 67th Avenue and Bethany Home Road around 10 p.m.
The woman was initially in serious condition, but later died from her injuries.
Authorities closed 67th Avenue from Bethany Home Road to Rose Lane for investigation purposes and later reopened it.
