News: Woman dies after being pushed into traffic near Peoria Industrial Park

PEORIA, AZ – A driver fatally struck a woman after she was pushed into traffic during an altercation near N 75th Ave and W Golden Ln Monday, according to 12 News.

Lorenzo Colorado, 30, allegedly pushed Katrinna Gutierrez, 30, in the roadway during a fight around 9:30 p.m. A car heading south on 75th Ave then struck Gutierrez.

Rescue crews pronounced Gutierrez dead at the scene of the accident.

Authorities arrested Colorado and charged him with manslaughter, assault, endangerment, and second-degree murder.

Following the collision, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
