PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZFamily, a Valley Metro bus fatally collided with a man near N Central Ave and E Van Buren St on Tuesday.
The bus driver hit the victim around midnight.
Rescue crews pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Following the wreck, the bus driver remained at the scene and talked with authorities.
Emergency crews blocked off the area to investigate the incident. The area was reopened around 4:30 a.m.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
