TEMPE, AZ – According to CBS 5, the Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a deadly wrong-way crash that happened on US 60 WB near I-10 on Sunday.
Samantha Ramirez, 23, was driving east in the westbound lanes of US 60 when she collided with another vehicle around 11 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Ramirez dead at the scene and transported the occupants of the other vehicle to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
