PHOENIX, AZ – The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal single-vehicle wreck that happened on I-17 SB near Bethany Home Rd on Thursday, according to 12 News.
The driver was speeding when they slammed into a concrete barrier early Thursday morning.
Crews shut down the southbound lanes of I-17 to investigate the collision.
Officials have not released the victim’s name or details regarding the cause of the incident.
