GLENDALE, AZ – According to 12 News, the Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal auto vs. pedestrian crash that happened on AZ 101 Lp NB near Cardinals Way on Saturday.
A driver hit the victim as they were walking across AZ 101 Lp NB. A second vehicle then ran over the victim.
Rescue crews pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.
It is unclear if either driver was hurt in the incident or if any charges are pending.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
