TEMPE, AZ – According to AZ Family, the Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a deadly two-vehicle crash that happened on AZ 202 Lp WB near N Scottsdale Rd on September 2.
A driver rear-ended a car stopped on AZ 202 Lp because of a previous collision around 9:30 p.m.
Following the collision, rescue crews transported two people to an area hospital, where one died.
Officials have not released the victims’ names.
