PHOENIX, AZ – A man was killed early yesterday morning after he was struck by a train near Sky Harbor Airport.
12 News reports that the collision took place near S 24th St and E Jefferson St at about 1:30 a.m.
First responders were unable to save the man and pronounced him dead at the scene. Authorities have not released his identity at this time.
The Phoenix Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident.
