PRESCOTT, AZ – A motorcyclist lost their life as a result of a T-bone collision that happened at the intersection of Willow Lake Road and Pine Drive on Tuesday.
AZ Family said the crash occurred before 7:30 p.m. Prescott police said that the motorcyclist was trying to turn left on Pine Drive when he collided with an eastbound Ford Eclipse coming from Willow Lake Road.
EMS crews rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital, where he later died. He has since been identified as a 56-year-old man from Prescott.
Police gave a ticket to the Ford driver, who escaped injuries.
Impairment does not appear to have been a contributing factor.
