PHOENIX, AZ – A driver fled the scene of a fatal accident involving a man on a scooter near N 36th St and Thomas Rd Saturday, according to 12 News.
Two drivers collided with Leif Chapin, 34, while riding his scooter around 10:15 a.m. The second driver who hit Chapin then fled the scene.
Authorities urge anyone with information concerning the collision to contact them.
