PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZ Family, a hit-and-run driver collided with and injured two women near Thomas Rd and 22nd St Friday.
German Tapia Quiroz, 48, allegedly hit the two victims around 7:45 p.m. Emergency responders transported the two women to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities located Quiroz near 30th St and Indian School Rd. They arrested Quiroz and charged him with leaving the scene of an accident with serious injury.
