News: Police investigate fatal motorcycle crash near Santa Fe Phoenix Industrial

PHOENIX, AZ – According to CBS 5, the Phoenix Police Department is investigating a deadly motorcycle wreck that happened on N 44th Ave near W Highland Ave on Sunday.

Christopher Garrett Young, 48, was riding a motorcycle on northbound 44th Ave when he crashed around 5:30 p.m.

Rescue crews transported Young to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Authorities believe speed may have been a factor in the incident.

Nobody else was involved in the collision.
