PHOENIX, AZ – The Phoenix Police Department is investigating a deadly wreck that occurred near N 15th Ave & Bell Rd on Saturday, according to AZFamily.
Fouad Shawo, 85, was driving west on Bell Road and was making a left turn onto N 15th Ave when an eastbound driver collided with his vehicle around 9:24 a.m.
Paramedics transported Shawo and his passenger, Virgina Nathan, 85, to an area hospital, where they both died. Crews also transported the driver of the other vehicle to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities will make charging decisions once they have completed the accident reconstruction process.
