PHOENIX, AZ – According to CBS 5, the Phoenix Police Department is investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision that happened at 21st Ave and Washington St on Saturday.
Sandra Barbre, 76, was driving when they collided with a light rail around 11:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported Barbre and her passenger to an area hospital, where Barbre died. The passenger remains in critical condition.
