PHOENIX, AZ – According to 12 News, the Phoenix Police Department is investigating a deadly three-vehicle crash that happened at N 91st Ave and McDowell Rd on Saturday.
A driver was on northbound 91st Ave when they made a left turn onto Holly St in front of a motorcycle ridden by Juan Barraza. 39. who was heading south. Barraza slammed into the vehicle and was thrown from his bike. Another driver then ran over Barraza.
Rescue crews pronounced Barraza dead at the scene.
Following the collision, the drivers stayed at the scene and did not display signs of impairment.
