PHOENIX, AZ – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a suspected drunk driver near a 36th Avenue intersection last Friday night, FOX 10 Phoenix reports.
According to authorities, the incident occurred near 36th Avenue and Northern Avenue around 11 pm. The victim was found in critical condition but later died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle was processed for DUI. Any charges they may be facing are not clear at this time.
