AVONDALE, AZ – One person was killed, and several others were injured as a result of a multi-vehicle crash that happened on Interstate 10 on Thursday.
The collision occurred after 5:30 a.m. on the westbound lanes, according to Fox10Phoenix.
Authorities blocked off all westbound lanes for several hours and redirected traffic toward the Fairway Drive off-ramp.
All lanes have since reopened.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is actively working to determine the cause of the collision.
