PHOENIX, AZ – One person was killed in a semi crash on the SB I-17 ramp to WB I-10 on Monday morning.

A semi lost control and struck a pillar on the SB I-17 ramp around 6:10 a.m., according to Arizona’s Family News.
The 56-year-old semi driver was transported to a local hospital for serious injuries where he passed away.
No other injuries were reported.
It is unclear why the driver lost control of the truck.
