PHOENIX, AZ – According to CBS 5, officials have released additional details concerning a fatal two-vehicle crash that happened near N 19th Ave and W Indian School Rd on Friday.
Dominic Mathias Linares, 18, was heading north on N 19th Ave when he collided with a vehicle turning left on W Indian School Rd around 7:30 a.m.
The collision sent Linares’s vehicle crashing into a pole.
Rescue crews transported Linares to an area hospital, where he died.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident.
