News: No major injuries in Gila River semi-truck crash

GILA RIVER, AZ – Authorities have not reported any serious injuries from a semi crash that happened this morning in Gila River, reports Fox 10 Phoenix.

The incident happened sometime around 4:30 a.m. on the eastbound side of I-10 between Queen Creek Road and Wild Horse Pass Boulevard,

The investigation thus far indicates that a semi-truck failed to slow down in time for traffic congestion, swerved into neighboring lanes, and struck two other 18-wheelers.

It’s unclear if anyone involved sustained minor injuries. A full investigation is underway.
