PHOENIX, AZ – According to CBS 5, multiple drivers fatally collided with a male pedestrian on I-17 near Buckeye Rd on Thursday.
The drivers struck the man as he ran in and out of traffic. Rescue crews pronounced him dead at the scene.
All but one driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
Investigators closed down the area to investigate the incident.
