CHANDLER, AZ – A motorcyclist died following a police chase and crash in Chandler on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a report by CBS 5, the rider fled officers when they attempted a traffic stop. They rode in the bike lane at a high rate of speed and ran the red light at Chandler Boulevard and Price Road before slamming into another vehicle.
The rider, whose identity is unclear at this time, was pronounced dead at the scene.
