News: Motorcyclist hospitalized in 2-vehicle Sun City crash

SUN CITY, AZ – A motorcyclist went to the hospital Monday morning with life-threatening injuries after colliding with a car on a roadway in Sun City, reports Arizona’s Family 3TV.

Police say the incident happened around 6:45 a.m. on Olive Avenue near 109th Avenue, which is just south of the Sun City Country Club.

The investigation thus far suggests that the motorcyclist collided with the back of a car that had stopped for a school bus.

Medics rushed the motorcyclist to the hospital. It is unclear if he was wearing a safety helmet at the time of the crash.

A full investigation is underway.
