News: Man indicted for fatal crash near Morrison Ranch in 2022

GILBERT, AZ – A man has been indicted for a deadly crash that killed three people near E Elliot Rd & S Cole Dr on Dec. 16, 2022, according to 12 News.

Brian Alexander Torres, 22, was driving with a BAC of 0.03 and had THC in his system when he collided with a vehicle occupied by Cooper Lamb,22, his fiance Caroline Patten, 20, and their 11-month-old daughter. Lamb is the son of Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb.

Torres was indicted on three counts of manslaughter. He is currently behind bars at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. He has a $1500,000 bond.
