PHOENIX, AZ – A hit-and-run driver collided with an 11-year-old girl near S 20th St and E Roeser Rd on Friday, according to AZ Family.
The driver of a silver 2001 Mitsubishi Montero with black roof racks and a black front push bumper was heading west when they hit the victim as she was walking across Roeser Rd within a marked school crosswalk around 4 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the girl to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities urge anyone with information concerning the collision to contact them.
