PHOENIX, AZ – A hit-and-run driver struck and killed a male pedestrian near S 7th St and E Elwood St Saturday, according to 12 News.
A person driving a white sedan was heading south on 7th St when they struck Juan Bazan, 31, as Bazan was crossing the street around 1:35 a.m.
Following the collision, the driver continued driving down 7th St.
