PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZFamily, a hit-and-run driver struck and injured a woman near N 31st Ave and W Dunlap Ave on Sunday.
The driver hit the victim around 4 a.m.
Paramedics transported the pedestrian to an area hospital in critical condition.
