PHOENIX, AZ – Emergency crews are currently at the scene of a vehicle accident that is blocking the eastbound I-10 and North 16th Street connector on Wednesday.
The Arizona Department of Transportation first announced the collision at 5:16 a.m. and said it is blocking some HOV and left lanes.
