News: DUI suspect rear-ends state trooper vehicle, 2 injured

YUMA, AZ – A 25-year-old DUI suspect rear-ended a state trooper’s vehicle, injuring two people, on WB I-8 on Tuesday night.

Immanuel Lord was traveling west on I-8 when he struck the state trooper vehicle that was merging onto the highway from the median with it’s emergency lights on around 11 p.m., according to 12 News.

Both Lord and the state trooper sustained minor injuries.

Lord was arrested and faces endangerment, aggravated assault, and DUI charges.
