SURPRISE, AZ – A driver fatally collided with a pedestrian at N Verde Vista Dr and W Hearn Rd on Saturday, according to AZ Family.
A driver hit Joseph Akiki, 90, around 8 a.m.
Authorities have not issued citations or pressed charges against the driver.
The Surprise Police Department is investigating the incident.
