PHOENIX, AZ – A driver fatally collided with a man helping crash victims on AZ 202 Lp EB near 32nd St on Sunday, according to 12 News.
A driver involved in a hit-and-run collision at I-17 and Durango Rd was involved in another single-vehicle crash at AZ 202 LP.
Douglas Scott Hunt, 34, and another person were assisting the people involved in the collision when another fatally collided with him around 3:56 a.m.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident. They believe impairment may have been a factor in the collision.
