PEORIA, AZ – According to 12 News, a driver struck and injured a pedestrian at W Northern Ave and N 91st Ave on Tuesday evening.
First responders transported the victim to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement.
Authorities do not know if impairment or speed played a role in the collision.
The Peoria Police Department is investigating the incident.
