PHOENIX, AZ – A truck driver struck and killed a male pedestrian on N 32nd St near E Greenway Rd on Friday, according to CBS 5.
The truck driver hit the victim around 6:20 p.m. as he was jaywalking on 32nd St.
Rescue crews transported the man to an area hospital, where he died.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. He did not show signs of impairment.
Officials have not identified the victim.
