PHOENIX, AZ – A driver struck and killed a female pedestrian near N 27th Ave and W Luke Ave Sunday, according to AZ Family.
A driver heading north on N 27th Ave hit a woman in her mid-60s as she was crossing the street around 11 p.m.
First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
