QUEEN CREEK, AZ – According to 12 News, a driver struck and killed a 4-year-old girl near W Combs Rd and Painted Desert Dr on Friday.
Rescue crews transported the girl to an area hospital, where she died.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement.
The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident. It is unclear if the driver was charged or cited for the collision.
