PHOENIX, AZ – A collision on the southbound side of I-17 blocked the off-ramp to West Northern Avenue while crews responded to the scene, reports Arizona DOT.

The incident happened around 10:51 a.m., and crews worked to clear the scene by around 11:09 am.
