PHOENIX, AZ – A collision on the southbound side of I-17 at Dunlap Avenue blocked the HOV lane early Friday evening in northern Phoenix, reports Arizona DOT.

The incident happened sometime before 5:18 p.m. By 5:40 p.m., officials announced that the left lanes of I-17 were also blocked on the southbound side. Crews worked to investigate and clear the scene by around 5:54 p.m., at which point all lanes reopened.
