PHOENIX, AZ – A crash on the northbound side of I-17 blocked the right lane of traffic near Northern Avenue early Tuesday morning, reports Arizona DOT.

The incident happened around 4:34 a.m., and crews worked to clear the scene by around 6:16 a.m. All lanes re-opened at that time.
