News: Boy dead, girl hurt after vehicle overturns in Apache Junction 

APACHE JUNCTION, AZ – A boy lost his life, and a girl was hospitalized after a rollover collision that happened in Apache Junction Wednesday, Fox10Phoenix said. 

The rollover collision was reported at the intersection of State Route 88 and Hackamore Road, which is south of Superstition Mountain – Lost Dutchman Museum. Police responded to the scene around 4:30 a.m. and declared the boy dead at the scene. 

The girl is recovering from injuries that appear to be non-life-threatening. 

The details behind the crash remain unclear. However, based on what officials have gathered so far, it seems the boy was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash. 

Authorities are continuing to investigate the exact cause of the collision.
