TEMPE, AZ – Arizona Department of Transportation crews are working to clear the scene of a vehicle accident at the Loop 202 and North Priest Drive connector.

AzDOT first announced the collision at 1:54 p.m. and said it was blocking the eastbound lanes. Drivers in the area may take one of the open lanes but are asked to proceed with caution as transportation personnel work to restore safe road conditions.
Officials have not specified the exact cause of the crash or said if anyone was injured.
