PHOENIX, AZ – According to Arizona DOT, a traffic accident blocked the HOV lane at AZ 51 and E Bethany Home Rd Thursday.

The incident was reported to authorities around 7:40 a.m.
It is unclear whether or not anyone was hurt in the crash.
