MESA, AZ – At least one person was injured in a motor vehicle accident that happened along the Hohokam Stadium on Thursday.
The Arizona Department of Transportation first announced the crash at 9:26 a.m. and said it took place on the 1235th block of North Center Street.
Officials did not announce any lane closures, but likely advised drivers to avoid the area or seek alternative routes so crews could clean up the debris from the crash.
The extent of injuries and the exact cause of the crash have not been revealed.
