PHOENIX, AZ – According to 12 News, a woman died following a single-vehicle crash near N 43rd Ave and Thomas Rd Saturday.
A male driver slammed into an electrical pole around 3:15 a.m. The collision ejected a woman in her early 20s from the vehicle.
Rescue crews transported the woman, the driver, and a male passenger to an area hospital, where the woman died. The two men suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities believe the driver was impaired.
