PEORIA, AZ – Emergency crews were called to a collision Friday morning on Loop 303 in northwest Peoria, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The accident took place at Exit 125 to West Happy Valley Parkway and North Vistancia Boulevard. By the time of the incident was reported at 9:53 a.m., the scene had all southbound lanes in the area blocked.
Motorists were forced to use the shoulder to pass the scene until about 11:05 a.m., when the right and center lane reopened.
By 11:48 a.m., nearly two hours after the initial report, crews had cleared the scene.
