News: 9-year-old boy dies following auto vs. pedestrian crash in Chandler

CHANDLER, AZ – According to 12 News, a nine-year-old boy died and his father was injured following a collision at Price Rd and Ray Rd on Saturday.

One of the drivers involved in a two-vehicle collision was propelled onto the sidewalk, where it struck Aaron Petersen and his son around 10:30 a.m.

Rescue crews transported Peterson and his son to an area hospital, where the son died. A third pedestrian was hit but was not injured in the wreck.
